🧰 What you’ll bring

Start readiness: Must be able to start in December 2025
License: Valid EASA/ICAO/FAA ATPL
Type rating: E170/190
Experience: 1,500 PIC hours on type
Total time: 4,000+ flight hours
Recency: Flight recency within 3 months prior to reporting, or completed LPC/OPC in that period
LPC/OPC validity: No more than 3 months prior to reporting on Day 1
Language: ELP ICAO Level 4 or higher

Operate the Embraer 190 in line with company SOPs and regulatory standards
Lead the flight deck, ensuring safety, efficiency, and on-time performance
Champion a strong safety culture and professional CRM practices
Maintain required currency and training standards throughout the contract
