- Lead the flight deck, modeling disciplined CRM and sound decision-making.
- Plan and execute flights in full compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Own pre- and post-flight duties, including performance calculations, FMS programming, fuel planning, and weather/NOTAM analysis.
- Champion a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement across the operation.
🧰 What you bring
- License: ATP (FAA)
- Medical: Class 1
- Type Rating: Not required — company-provided training to type (EMB-550 rating preferred but not mandatory)
- Travel Documents: Valid, current passport
- Radiotelephony: Current radiotelephony license
- Professionalism: Exemplary airmanship, leadership, and CRM skills
