🧭 Your mission

  • Command ERJ145 operations in accordance with company SOPs and ICAO standards.
  • Lead a high-performing, multi-crew cockpit with exemplary CRM and safety culture.
  • Own flight planning, performance, fuel strategy, weather assessments, and decisive operational judgement.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance, timely reporting, and precise flight documentation.
  • Coach and mentor First Officers, fostering professionalism and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver a calm, passenger-focused experience across all phases of flight.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 3,000 hours
  • Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 1,000 hours
  • Turbine: 2,000 hours
  • Multi-crew turbine experience: 2,000 hours on turboprop or jet
  • Type rating: ERJ family / EMB‑145 — required
  • License: ATPL (ICAO)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English proficiency: ELP Level 4 or higher

📋 Additional requirements

  • Valid passport
  • No history of incidents or accidents
  • Letter from your current/previous employer or CAA confirming employment/records
  • No criminal history
  • For Non-Ghanaians: provide a notarized and authenticated proof of no criminal history from your home country

All documents must be current and verifiable at the time of application.
