EMB-145 Captain (ERJ Family) – EASA Type-Rated

As Captain on the EMB-145, you’ll lead the flight deck, champion safety and regulatory compliance, and deliver an exceptional passenger experience. You’ll work closely with your crew to ensure on-time performance, robust decision-making, and smooth operations in dynamic, multi-sector schedules.

• Operate the EMB-145 in full compliance with company SOPs and applicable regulations.
• Exercise sound judgement and leadership, fostering strong CRM and mentoring First Officers.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, airmanship, and customer service on every leg.
• Coordinate effectively with Operations, Dispatch, and Ground services to maintain efficiency.
• Complete flight documentation and reports accurately and on time.

• Total time: 4,000 hours
• PIC in type: 1,000 hours on EMB-145
• Type rating: EMB-145 required
• License: ATPL with MCC (EASA)
• Medical: Class 1
• Language: ICAO English Level 4 or higher
• Open to Lic. Holders: EASA

• Outstanding knowledge of flight regulations and practical application in daily ops.
• Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is an advantage.
• A strong commitment to safety and customer service, even under stress.
• Willingness to travel and work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid passport to work and travel within Europe.
• Certificate of good conduct: bewijs van goed gedrag en zeden / certificat de bonne vie et moeurs.
