Join Northern Air’s elite operating team as an EMB 110 Captain in the heart of the Pacific. This is a frontline command role for a skilled multi-engine professional who’s ready to fly, lead, and grow into management.
✈️ About the role
As an EMB 110 Captain, you’ll command regional operations across Fiji, delivering safe, efficient, and customer-focused flights. The role suits a proven multi-engine PIC with strong systems knowledge and the ambition to step up into operational leadership.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Command EMB 110 operations in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Exercise sound judgement in complex operational environments and tropical weather conditions.
- Champion safety, SMS adherence, and quality assurance across daily operations.
- Mentor crew and contribute to a positive, high-performance flight deck culture.
- Prepare to transition into management responsibilities, progressing toward MFO/Chief Pilot.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Fiji CPL licence.
- Unrestricted multi-engine command instrument rating.
- BGT / ATPL systems passed or turbine time.
- Minimum 500 hrs multi-engine PIC time.
- EITHER 2000 hrs total time with 100 hrs on type OR 1500 hrs total time with 200 hrs on type.
- Must be knowledgeable, skilled, and demonstrate a consistently positive attitude.
- Must be able to progress to MFO/Chief Pilot role without issues.
