🧭 Your mission
- Command E170/E190 operations to the highest safety, regulatory, and SOP standards.
- Lead a multi‑crew environment, fostering teamwork, mentorship, and clear decision‑making.
- Deliver operational excellence across all phases of flight, from pre‑flight planning to post‑flight review.
- Uphold a Just Culture and Safety Management System through proactive reporting and risk management.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total Time: More than 3,500 hours on aeroplanes with MTMA ≥ 5,700 kg
- PIC Time: Minimum 1,000 hours as PIC on multi‑engine jet, commercial airline transport aircraft certificated for multi‑crew operation (P1 U/S hours excluded)
- Turbine Time: Minimum 1,000 hours
- Type Rating: Not required — E‑Jet training provided
Alternative pathway (for pilots without jet experience):
- Total Time: More than 4,000 hours on aeroplanes with MTMA ≥ 5,700 kg
- PIC Time: Minimum 2,000 hours as PIC on multi‑engine turboprop, commercial airline transport aircraft certificated for multi‑crew operation (P1 U/S hours excluded)
📜 Licensing & compliance
- Licence: Valid ATPL to ICAO standards
- Singapore Requirement: A CAAS-issued ICAO ATPL is required. Holders of foreign ATPLs must complete licence conversion, which requires a current Instrument Rating and a Proficiency Check with at least 6 months’ remaining validity.
- Medical: Class 1
- English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Health: Satisfy vaccination requirements as mandated by CAAS
