Dornier Do 28 G.92 Captain (Tailwheel/STOL) – Spain

🧭 The role

As Captain, you will lead safe, efficient operations of the Dornier Do 28 G.92, exercising full command authority, delivering precise short-field performance, and upholding Wingglider’s SOPs and safety culture across Spain.

• Plan and execute flights in full compliance with EASA regulations and company procedures.
• Apply proven tailwheel and multi-engine techniques to achieve consistent short-field takeoff and landing performance.
• Coordinate effectively with operations and maintenance teams to maximize aircraft availability and mission readiness.
• Provide clear briefings and maintain strong crew and customer communication.
• Champion sound risk management and decision-making in dynamic environments.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• EASA CPL with valid IR.
• Minimum 1,000 hours Pilot in Command (PIC).
• Minimum 100 hours tailwheel time and 300 tailwheel landings.
• Valid Multi-Engine Piston (MEP) rating.
• Good understanding of Spanish.
• Willing to commit to a two-year period after successful completion of company training.
• Spain-based assignment.
