Aeroitalia is expanding. As an Italian airline operating a modern and growing Boeing 737 fleet across domestic and international routes, we’re seeking skilled Direct Entry First Officers to help shape our next chapter.

  • Location: Italy (base assigned according to company needs)
  • Fleet: Boeing 737 (CL, NG, MAX)
  • Contract: 6-month fixed-term with potential renewal
  • Licence: EASA (minimum CPL / ATPL Frozen)
  • Medical: Valid EASA Class 1

✈️ The Opportunity

As a Direct Entry First Officer on the Boeing 737, you’ll join a structured and professional flight operations environment, playing a key role in safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations while supporting Aeroitalia’s continued development and long-term growth strategy.

🧭 Your Mission

  • Operate the Boeing 737 (CL/NG/MAX) to the highest safety, regulatory, and company SOP standards.
  • Deliver on-time, efficient operations across domestic and international networks.
  • Collaborate closely with the Captain, Cabin Crew, and Operations teams to ensure an excellent passenger experience.
  • Maintain rigorous compliance, threat and error management, and strong CRM at all times.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

  • EASA Licence: minimum CPL with ATPL Frozen.
  • Type Rating on Boeing 737 (CL, NG, or MAX); current or expired by no more than 3 years.
  • Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • Total flight time: more than 1,500 hours.
  • Boeing 737 time: more than 500 hours.
  • No pending charges; able to meet all company background and compliance checks.
