🧰 What you’ll do
- Operate Airbus aircraft safely and efficiently as First Officer in a multi‑crew environment, adhering to SOPs and all regulatory requirements.
- Execute flight planning, performance calculations, and fuel management alongside the Captain and operations teams.
- Demonstrate exemplary CRM, threat and error management, and sound decision‑making.
- Maintain currency, proficiency, and a safety‑first mindset across all phases of flight.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues and customers to deliver a professional, on‑time operation.
- Support a just culture by reporting hazards, engaging in training, and contributing to continuous improvement.
🌟 What you bring
- Minimum 600 h on turbine aircraft > 5.7 t MTOW.
- EASA fATPL with valid IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT.
- Class 1 medical and ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
- Very good German language skills (B2+) and a current passport.
- An impeccable personal and professional record.
- Willingness to be vaccinated with vaccines approved in Switzerland.
Note: Non‑type‑rated candidates are welcome; a full Airbus type rating will be provided upon selection and hire.
