✈️ The opportunity

SriLankan Airlines, the national flag carrier, is recruiting experienced Direct Entry First Officers to fly A320 and A330 aircraft. This is your chance to contribute to a proud airline and progress your career on both narrow-body and wide-body operations.

🧰 Minimum qualifications and experience

• Current type endorsement and Type Rating on A320 or A330.
• Current ATPL recognized by CAASL with Instrument Rating (IR).
• Minimum 2,000 hours total time on aircraft with MTOW > 50,000 kg (e.g. jet aircraft such as the A320 or higher).
• Minimum 500 hours P2 on type (A320 or A330), or a combination of time across A320 and A330.
• Class 1 Medical and License must both be current and issued under the same Authority.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
• Eligibility restricted to Sri Lankan citizens.

• Appointment on a one-year fixed-term contract.
• Opportunity for absorption into the permanent cadre based on satisfactory performance.
