🧭 Minimum qualifications

  • Total time: 1,250 hours
  • Pilot‑in‑Command: 250 hours PIC
  • Turbine: 500 hours
  • Flight time note: Minimum 250 Multi‑Engine PIC OR 500 PIC on turbine
  • License requirement: Valid CPL (TCCA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language: ICAO ELP Level 4

Preferred: Time on type or on a similar multi‑engine turbine platform is an asset.

  • Command multi‑engine turbine operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and on‑time performance.
  • Plan and execute flights in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Apply strong decision‑making, CRM, and threat‑and‑error management throughout all phases of flight.
  • Lead the flight deck, mentor First Officers, and maintain a proactive safety culture.
  • Conduct thorough pre‑flight planning, performance calculations, and weather/NOTAM reviews.
  • Manage accurate documentation, reporting, and adherence to operational standards.

  • Company‑provided initial type training and recurrent checks — no prior type rating required.

🧠 What you bring

  • Valid CPL (TCCA) with Class 1 Medical and ICAO ELP Level 4.
  • A minimum of 1,250 TT, including 250 PIC and 500 turbine hours.
  • Demonstrated multi‑crew leadership, disciplined SOP execution, and exemplary airmanship.
  • Clear, confident communication and collaborative CRM skills.
  • Legal right to work where the role is based (no visa sponsorship available).
