🧰 What You’ll Do
- Lead the crew through positive, inclusive leadership and set the tone for a safe, respectful cockpit culture.
- Operate Air Dolomiti aircraft safely and efficiently, ensuring punctuality, cost-effectiveness, and consistently high-quality standards.
- Prepare and conduct flights in full compliance with Air Dolomiti operational directives and procedures.
- Actively cooperate with cabin crew, ground staff, and air traffic control to ensure smooth, on-time operations.
- Continuously maintain and further develop professional knowledge and skills.
- Act responsibly and sustainably, supporting environmental and corporate responsibility objectives.
- Contribute to the development of Air Dolomiti and its corporate culture.
🌟 What You Bring
- EASA ATPL (A).
- Minimum 5,000 flight hours in airline operations.
- Minimum 1,500 flight hours as Captain in airline operations.
- Good knowledge of English (ICAO Level 4 English Language Proficiency).
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- EU citizenship or unlimited residence and work permit.
- Passport with unlimited validity.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
