• Operate each flight safely and efficiently while upholding the highest professional standards.
• Model open, honest, and respectful communication across the flight deck and cabin.
• Collaborate with fellow crew and operational teams to achieve company goals and service standards.
• Actively engage in the Safety Management System (SMS), including timely hazard and incident reporting.
• Understand, comply with, and promote the Company Safety Policy throughout daily operations.

• License: Valid TC Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
• Total Time: Minimum 4,500 hours.
• 705 Jet Time: At least 1,000 hours on transport category jet aircraft in CARs 705 airline operations.
• PIC Time: Minimum 500 hours Pilot‑in‑Command on transport category jet aircraft in CARs 705 operations.
• Recency: Airline flying experience within the last 24 months.
• Language: English proficiency ICAO Level 5 or higher.
• Right to work: Legal ability to work in Canada (valid Canadian passport, or valid international passport with a valid U.S. Crewmember Visa C‑1/D).

• Autothrottle and/or generation 4 aircraft experience.
• Previous ratings/experience on E170 type variants.
• Prior CARs 705 training and checking experience.
• Aviation college or university degree.
