Join a robust Captain Upgrade track designed for experienced multi-crew pilots ready to lead. You’ll transition onto the Embraer E170/E190 with full support, recurrent training, and a clear path to command upon meeting company standards and performance milestones.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

• Total time: 2,500 hours
• Multi-pilot time: 1,000 hours
• Currency: Recent on previous type within the last 6 months
• Medical: Class 1
• English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 6
• Passport: Valid for at least 12 months from date of application

🧭 Licensing and Compliance

• Accepted licences: EASA, UK CAA
• Required licence: UK-issued CAA ATPL(A), frozen ATPL(A), or MPL; or an EASA licence meeting UK CAA conversion routes 3, 4, 5, or 6
• Ratings: IR and ME
• Type rating: E-Jet rating desirable but not essential (training provided)

✈️ Training & Upgrade Path

Structured ground school, simulator phases, and line training will prepare you for fleet operations and command readiness. Non-type-rated pilots are fully supported through type conversion and line integration.
