🧭 Your Mission

  • Command and operate the Boeing 737 to the highest safety and compliance standards.
  • Lead a professional flight deck and cabin team, fostering strong CRM and a just culture.
  • Deliver a punctual, fuel-efficient operation while upholding SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Support continuous safety improvement through proactive reporting and adherence to SMS practices.
  • Maintain currency, training standards and technical knowledge appropriate to the role.
  • Represent the company positively across all customer and operational touchpoints.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

  • 3,000 hours total flying time.
  • 1,000 hours PIC on B737 or similar sized jet aircraft.
  • Ideally, large jet command time in the last 3 years.
  • A valid UK unfrozen Flight Crew Licence.
  • Current B737 Type Rating.
  • Minimum English Language Proficiency Level 5.
  • Current Class One Medical.
  • ATPL (ICAO) meeting the role’s licensing requirements.
