Join the flag carrier of the Maltese Islands and take command on a modern Airbus A320neo fleet. As a Direct Entry Captain with KM Malta Airlines, you’ll lead safe, efficient operations from our Mediterranean base to a growing European network.

✈️ The Opportunity

We are recruiting experienced A320 Captains to fly our young A320neo aircraft on scheduled services throughout Europe. You’ll set the standard on the flight deck, mentor crew, and represent KMMA’s commitment to safety, reliability, and warm Maltese hospitality.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Command A320neo operations in accordance with EASA regulations and KMMA SOPs.
  • Lead and mentor the flight deck and cabin crew, fostering a positive safety culture.
  • Exercise sound operational decision-making across all phases of flight.
  • Deliver a punctual, customer-focused experience on every sector.
  • Uphold the highest standards of airmanship, CRM, and compliance.

🧰 What You Bring

  • Valid EASA Part-FCL licence.
  • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • Current A320 type rating.
  • Recent experience: last flight on A320 type within the past 12 months.
  • English language proficiency: ICAO Level 5 or higher.
  • Minimum 5,000 hours total time on A320.
  • Minimum 1,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on A320.
