🧭 Your mission
- Command safe, efficient Boeing 737 operations across Buzz’s European network in full compliance with company SOPs and EASA regulations.
- Lead the flight deck—fostering strong CRM, mentoring First Officers, and driving a continuous safety culture.
- Oversee flight planning, fuel and performance decisions, and on‑time execution while prioritising safety and passenger experience.
- Coordinate seamlessly with OCC, ground operations, and cabin crew to deliver a reliable, customer‑centric operation.
- Represent Buzz professionally across all bases and contribute to our rapid growth and operational excellence.
🧰 What you’ll bring
- Licences: Valid EASA Part‑FCL ATPL
- Medical: Valid EU (Part‑MED) Class 1
- Total time: Minimum 3,500 hours total flight time
- Jet time: Minimum 2,000 hours on multi‑crew, multi‑engine jet aircraft over 30,000 kg MTOW
- Command time: Minimum 800 hours PIC on multi‑crew, multi‑engine jet aircraft over 30,000 kg MTOW
- Currency: Recent relevant type rating within 36 months prior to application and multi‑crew jet experience within 36 months prior to course start
- Language: ICAO English Level 4 (Operational) or higher
- Age: Under 65 at time of application
- Right to work: Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU
- Clearances: Ability to pass enhanced background checks and all regulatory requirements
- Assessment: Successful completion of Work‑Related Behavioural Assessment (EASA CAT.GEN.MPA.175)
Note: This opportunity is open to non‑type‑rated Captains meeting the above multi‑crew jet command and recency criteria.
