🧭 Your mission

As Captain, you will lead safe, efficient ATR 72 operations within a multi-crew environment, upholding the highest professional standards throughout every phase of flight.

  • Command ATR 72 services in full compliance with SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Own flight preparation: performance, fuel planning, weather/NOTAM review, and decisive go/no-go leadership.
  • Deliver thorough briefings, foster clear crew communication, and support a just culture and robust SMS.
  • Mentor and develop flight deck colleagues, promoting professionalism and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with operations and ground teams to maintain on-time performance and an excellent customer experience.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 2000+ hours
  • Multi-pilot time: 1000+ hours on multi-crew aircraft
  • Large aircraft experience: 1000+ hours on multi-crew commercial transport aircraft > 5700 kg
  • License: Valid ATPL issued by the UK CAA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Type rating: Not required (training provided)
  • Eligibility: Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK (visa sponsorship not provided)
