🧭 Role overview

As Captain on the Falcon 7X/8X, you’ll lead every phase of flight—from meticulous planning and decisive execution to post‑flight reporting—while fostering strong CRM and an exceptional passenger experience.

🧰 Key responsibilities

• Exercise full command authority, ensuring safe, compliant operations in accordance with company SOPs and EASA regulations.
• Conduct thorough flight planning: weather, fuel, performance, weight & balance, alternates, and NOTAMs.
• Lead effective CRM, mentor the flight deck, and maintain a just‑culture safety mindset.
• Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, ground handling, and ATC to optimize on‑time performance.
• Deliver a discreet, service‑focused experience for passengers and owners.
• Complete accurate logs, reports, and safety submissions in line with the operator’s SMS.
• Maintain regulatory currency, training, and checking requirements.

• Type rating: Dassault Falcon 7X/8X — required
• License required: ATPL
• Accepted licenses: EASA
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP level: 4
• Language requirement: Fluent in English and French
• Employment: Permanent
• Visa sponsorship: Not provided
