🧭 The Role

As Captain, you’ll set the standard for safety, professionalism, and service on every sector. You’ll lead a high-performing crew, deliver a smooth and punctual operation, and represent our brand with a calm, customer-first approach across a dynamic regional network.

  • Operate the Dash 8 Q400 in full compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Exercise decisive command, mentor the flight deck team, and foster an open, collaborative cockpit culture.
  • Plan and execute flights with precision, coordinating closely with OCC, ground operations, and cabin crew.
  • Champion a strong safety mindset and continuous improvement across all phases of flight.
  • Deliver an excellent passenger experience through professional communication and customer focus.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to support operational assignments away from base when required.

🧰 What You’ll Need

  • Total time: 5,000 hours
  • PIC time: 1,000 hours
  • Type rating: Current Dash 8 Q400 with 2+ years’ experience on type
  • Licence: Valid ATPL
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Accepted licences: EASA, FAA, ICAO
  • Preferred: GCAA licence holder
