🧰 What you’ll do
- Operate the Dash 8 Q400 as Pilot-in-Command on scheduled and regional services.
- Lead the flight deck with exemplary CRM, decision-making, and a safety-first mindset.
- Apply SOPs aligned with ICAO, IATA, and EASA standards.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, on-time performance, and operational excellence.
- For TRI: deliver training, checking, and mentoring to support crew proficiency and standardization.
🧭 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 3000 hours minimum
- License: ATPL/ATP — EASA, FAA, or ICAO
- Type rating: Current Dash 8 Q400 type rating required
- Currency: Recent flying experience within the last 6–12 months
- Medical: Class 1
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher

- Solid knowledge of ICAO, IATA, and EASA standards and practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- TRI experience highly valued for training and checking responsibilities.
