🧭 What you'll do

• Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs, regulations, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the Captain and crew using strong CRM to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Conduct thorough pre‑flight planning, performance calculations, and weather/NOTAM reviews.
• Prioritize passenger comfort and professionalism while maintaining on‑time performance.
• Complete required reports, checklists, and post‑flight documentation accurately and on time.
• Uphold a just culture of safety, including proactive reporting and continuous improvement.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Total Time: 500+ hours
• License: Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) with IATRA, or an ATPL
• Ratings: Valid IR
• Medical: Class 1
• Language Proficiency: ICAO English Level 4 or higher
• License Jurisdiction: TCCA licence holders
• Security: Able to obtain and maintain all applicable transportation security clearances and authorizations
• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent

Type rating not required; full aircraft training provided upon hire.
