🧭 What you’ll do

• Operate the Dash 8 Q‑Series as First Officer within a 705 airline environment, adhering to company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Prioritize safety, passenger comfort, and on‑time performance on every sector.
• Conduct thorough pre‑flight planning, performance calculations, and briefings, including weather, NOTAMs, and operational considerations.
• Execute precise, checklist‑driven flight deck procedures and maintain excellent crew resource management.
• Communicate clearly with the Captain, cabin crew, dispatch, and ATC to support a smooth operation.
• Participate in recurrent training and checking to maintain currency and proficiency.
• Support irregular operations with sound judgment and a calm, customer‑focused approach.

🧰 What you bring

• Minimum 500 hours total flight time.
• TCCA CPL with IATRA and valid IR; or a valid ATPL.
• Valid Class 1 Medical and ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required transportation security clearances and authorizations.
• Non‑Type‑Rated welcome—willingness to complete company Dash 8 Q‑Series type training.
• Strong situational awareness, teamwork, and a safety‑first mindset.
