🧭 The role

As a First Officer on the Dash 8 Q‑Series, you’ll operate to the highest safety and compliance standards, support the Captain in all phases of flight, and deliver a smooth, professional experience for our customers. You’ll apply SOPs, sound airmanship, and effective CRM across dynamic operations.

🧰 Minimum requirements

Total time: 1,000 hours
Multi‑engine: 200 hours
Licences: CPL, IR, MCC, ME
Open to licence holders: UK CAA
Medical: Class 1
Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
Visa sponsorship: Not provided

Military flying background
Multi‑turbine time

🧭 Training and onboarding

Type rating is provided for successful candidates. You’ll complete ground school, simulator training, and line training specific to the Dash 8 Q‑Series, building confidence in systems, performance, and SOPs before release to line.

📌 Licensing and eligibility

Open to Licence Holders: UK CAA
Candidates must have the existing right to live and work where the role is based, as visa sponsorship is not available.
