🧭 About the role

As a Dash 8 Q‑Series Captain, you will lead every phase of flight to the highest safety and service standards, champion effective CRM, and make timely, informed decisions in dynamic operating environments.

Command Dash 8 Q‑Series operations from pre‑flight to shutdown in full compliance with company SOPs and regulations.
Exercise sound judgement and make quick, safe decisions to protect people, aircraft, and schedule integrity.
Lead the flight deck with strong CRM, mentoring First Officers and fostering a safety‑first culture.
Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and ground teams to deliver on‑time performance.
Work rostered shifts, including weekends, while maintaining currency and documentation.

🧰 What you bring

Experience: Minimum 3,000 total flight hours and 500 hours as PIC on CAT operations.
Licence & medical: Valid EASA ATPL and Class 1 Medical.
Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
Mindset: Team‑oriented leader with excellent CRM, calm under pressure, and decisive when it counts.
Readiness: Willing to work shifts, including weekends; able to travel with a valid passport.
Work authorization: Able to work without visa sponsorship.
