Lead from the left seat on the rugged and reliable Dash 8. Bring your multi-engine command experience and we will provide type training — no current Dash 8 type rating required. This is a permanent role where your skills support mission-ready operations in dynamic environments.

🧭 What You Will Do

Command Dash 8 operations safely and efficiently, up to 10 flight hours per day.
Exercise sound judgment as PIC across day/night, IFR/VFR, and varied terrain.
Operate confidently in a wide range of weather, including extreme heat, cold, and adverse conditions.
Ensure full compliance with company policies and FAA regulations, SOPs, and checklists.
Collaborate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to deliver on-time, mission-ready performance.
When applicable, support specialized missions such as aerial delivery and night-vision operations.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

License: Current ATP (FAA accepted)
Medical: Current Class 1 (First Class)
Flight Time: 1,500+ hours PIC; 500+ hours multi-engine PIC
Type Rating: Not required (Dash 8 training provided)
Education: High school diploma
Passport: Valid passport with at least 6 months remaining at all times during employment
Security: Able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance
Work Conditions: Comfortable working outdoors across extreme temperatures and adverse weather
Health: Covid-19 vaccination required where permitted by law
