🧭 Your Mission

As a Dash 8 Captain, you will set the standard for safety, leadership, and service. You’ll guide a professional crew, make sound operational decisions, and deliver a reliable experience for our passengers across a dynamic regional network.

  • Lead line operations with uncompromising safety, compliance, and airmanship.
  • Execute efficient gate‑to‑gate performance, from preflight planning to post‑flight review.
  • Mentor and support First Officers; foster a strong CRM and just‑culture environment.
  • Collaborate with dispatch, maintenance, and airport teams to keep the operation moving.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and excellent passenger communication.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Total Time: 3,000 hours
  • Turbine Time: 500 hours
  • License: ATPL — TCCA holders
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 5 or higher
  • Type Rating: Not required — training provided (NTR)
  • Passport: Valid
  • Base Commitment: Willingness to be based at YHU

Note: Visa sponsorship is not available. Applicants must be eligible to work in Canada at the time of application.

Home base is Montréal — Saint‑Hubert (YHU). You’ll operate Dash 8 services across the regional network, working closely with our local operations team to keep performance punctual and safe in all seasons.
