Step into the left seat and lead safe, efficient operations on the Dash 8. No type rating? No problem — we provide full training (NTR) and a permanent pathway for experienced commanders.
🧭 Your mission
- Lead Dash 8 operations as Pilot-in-Command, upholding SOPs and all regulatory standards.
- Make quick, safety-first decisions across all phases of flight.
- Foster excellent crew coordination and cockpit culture through effective CRM.
- Deliver operational reliability with thorough planning, briefings, and post-flight reporting.
- Champion a proactive safety culture, including timely hazard and occurrence reporting.
- Work rostered shifts, including weekends and irregular hours.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total Time: 3,000 hours
- PIC Time: 500 hours (including minimum 500 hours as PIC on CAT)
- License: ATPL — EASA accepted
- Type Rating: Not required — training provided
- Medical: Class 1
- Language: ICAO ELP Level 4+
- Passport: Valid passport for unrestricted operational travel
- Teamwork & Decisions: Proven ability to work effectively in a team and make quick, safe decisions
- Shifts: Willingness to work shifts, including weekends
