🧭 Where You’ll Fly

• Primary Bases: Toronto (YTZ) and Ottawa (YOW)
• Operation: Scheduled passenger services across North America
• Culture: Deliver Porter’s “Flying Refined” experience with safety, professionalism, and warm Canadian hospitality

🧰 What You’ll Do

• Operate the Dash 8-400 to the highest professional and safety standards on every flight.
• Lead by example in the flight deck and cabin, collaborating closely with crew to achieve operational and service goals.
• Actively engage in the Safety Management System (SMS), including timely hazard and incident reporting.
• Champion the Company Safety Policy and foster open, respectful communication.
• Deliver consistent, guest-focused service aligned with Porter’s brand standards.

🌟 What You Bring

• License: Airline Transport Pilot Licence (Transport Canada) or IATRA; ICAO ATPL considered an asset.
• Hours: Minimum 1,000 hours total time. Candidates slightly below may be considered based on overall experience.
• Work Eligibility: Legal ability to work in Canada.
• Travel Docs: Valid Canadian passport, or valid international passport with a current US Crewmember Visa (C-1/D).
• Education (Preferred): Aviation college or university degree.
• Core Competencies: Safety focus, teamwork, exceptional passenger service, initiative, results orientation, and strong communication.
