Join a mission-led flight operations team protecting communities from wildfires worldwide. As a key member of our Dash 8‑300 crew, you will report directly to the Director of Flight Operations and help deliver safe, efficient, and responsive aerial firefighting support from international bases.

🧭 What you’ll do

Serve as First Officer on the Dash 8‑300, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations in support of wildfire missions.
Partner with the Captain using strong CRM to execute missions, manage checklists, and maintain situational awareness in dynamic environments.
Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, and fuel management to meet mission objectives and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with air attack/ground agencies and company dispatch to deliver reliable, timely aerial support.
Champion SOPs, SMS, and a proactive safety culture; identify hazards, troubleshoot, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Travel and deploy to international bases as required, including overnight and extended shifts during peak wildfire seasons.

🧰 Minimum requirements

Total time: 750 hours
PIC time: 150 hours
Dash 8‑300 time in type: 200 hours
Type rating: Required on Dash 8‑300
Licenses: CPL, IR, ME (Open to TCCA licence holders)
Medical: Class 1
ICAO English: Level 4 or higher
COVID-19 vaccination: Required where permitted by applicable law
Visa sponsorship: Not provided
