CRJ200 First Officer (Lagos) – XEJet

As a CRJ200 First Officer at XEJet, you will support the Captain in delivering safe, compliant, and efficient operations across all phases of flight. You’ll be part of a professional crew environment that values disciplined airmanship, strong communication, and continuous proficiency.

• Assist the Captain in the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft during all phases of flight, in full compliance with Nigerian Civil Aviation Regulations (Nig. CARs), company SOPs, and operational policies.
• Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections; support flight planning; monitor aircraft systems, performance, and fuel state; and communicate effectively with ATC and operational units.
• Maintain accurate flight, technical, and operational records; promptly report safety hazards, incidents, occurrences, and technical defects via approved reporting channels.
• Demonstrate strong Crew Resource Management (CRM); collaborate closely with the Captain and cabin crew to ensure safe, efficient, and professional operations.
• Participate in required training, simulator sessions, line checks, and proficiency assessments to maintain currency and regulatory compliance.

• Licences & Ratings: Valid CPL or ATPL (ICAO); Valid Multi-Engine Instrument Rating; Current CRJ200 Type Rating; Valid Class 1 Medical; Valid Radiotelephony Licence; ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
• Experience: No minimum flight hours required; previous commercial or multi-crew experience is an advantage.
• Professionalism: Strong CRM, disciplined communication, safety-minded decision making, and meticulous record-keeping.
