✈️ CRJ Series Cadet Pilot – Pathway to First Officer

Launch your airline career on the CRJ flight deck. As a CRJ Series Cadet Pilot, you’ll receive professional training (no type rating required) and a clear pathway toward meeting ATP/R-ATP milestones while flying to industry standards. This is a permanent role built for current flight students and active CFIs who are ready to accelerate.

  • License Required: PPL
  • Open to License Holders: FAA

✈️ The Opportunity

Step into a structured cadet pathway tailored for the CRJ series. You’ll train to airline standards, refine your skills with CRJ-specific systems and procedures, and progress toward the right seat once ATP/R-ATP requirements are met. If you’re building time as a flight student or actively instructing as a CFI, this is your runway to the regional jet environment.
