As a CRJ First Officer, you’ll fly 600+ daily departures to nearly 100 destinations from convenient crew bases in Charlotte (CLT), Dayton (DAY), Washington, D.C. (DCA), Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW), and Philadelphia (PHL).

You’ll partner with experienced Captains on the Bombardier CRJ series, delivering a safe, smooth experience for our customers and building the hours, skills, and network that flow directly to American Airlines.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Assist the Captain in all phases of flight on CRJ aircraft.
- Ensure a safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operation.
- Perform flight crew duties in full compliance with FAA regulations and company SOPs.
- Demonstrate strong Crew Resource Management (CRM) and communication skills.
🧠 What you’ll bring
- ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) qualification.
- Valid First Class Medical Certificate.
- FCC Restricted Radio Operator’s Permit.
- Minimum 25 hours multi-engine time (actual aircraft time; simulator time not accepted).
- Ability to obtain and hold a valid passport.
- 121 or 135 PIC experience preferred.
