🧭 Your Mission

As Captain, you’ll lead a professional crew, deliver safe and efficient operations, and set the tone for an exceptional passenger experience. You’ll exercise sound judgment, mentor the flight deck, and uphold a continuous-improvement mindset in line with company SOPs and regulatory standards.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Total Time: 5,000 hours
  • PIC in Type: 1,000 hours on CRJ 700/900/1000
  • Type Rated: Current CRJ 700/900/1000 type rating
  • License: Valid ATPL (ICAO)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language: ELP Level 4+

🌍 Eligibility Pathways

We welcome applications from both local and expatriate candidates. Please review the pathway that fits your profile:

Local Candidates

  • Minimum 5,000 hours total time, including at least 2,000 hours PIC in jet aircraft or multi-engine turboprop within commercial/passenger airline operations.
  • Experience on aircraft with an all-up weight (AUW) over 20,000 kg.

Expat Candidates

  • Minimum 5,000 hours total flight time in multi-crew commercial operations.
  • At least 1,000 hours PIC on CRJ 700/900/1000.
  • Must hold a current CRJ type rating and a valid OPC.

All experience must be properly documented and verifiable.
