🧭 The Opportunity

As Captain, you will lead a professional multi-crew operation on the CRJ 700/900/1000, ensuring the highest standards of flight safety, regulatory compliance, and passenger experience.

  • Exercise full command authority from briefing to shutdown, delivering safe, compliant, and on-time performance.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and CRM, fostering an open, collaborative cockpit culture.
  • Apply SOPs, performance planning, and sound operational judgment in all phases of flight.
  • Coordinate effectively with ATC, cabin crew, dispatch, and ground operations.
  • Mentor First Officers, support training objectives, and maintain proficiency, including recurrent checks and OPC.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Total Time: 5,000 hours
  • Type Rating: Current and valid on CRJ 700/900/1000

📊 Flight Time Notes

  • Local candidates: 5,000 hours Total Time including 2,000 hours PIC in jet aircraft or multi-engine turboprop in commercial/passenger airline operations with an all-up weight over 20,000 kgs.
  • Expat candidates: Minimum 5,000 hours total flight time in multi-crew commercial operations, of which 1,000 hours must be as PIC on CRJ 700/900/1000. Must hold a current type rating and valid OPC.

🪪 Licensing & Medical

  • License: ATPL
  • Open to License Holders: ICAO
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4
