✈️ The Opportunity

As a Corporate Pilot, you’ll be entrusted with the full lifecycle of company flights—from thorough preflight planning and systems checks to smooth, professional operations in all phases of flight, and accurate post-flight logging. You’ll represent Bryce Corporation with tact and professionalism while ensuring every trip meets FAA, company, and airport standards.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Review assigned trips and communicate with the Chief Pilot on flight details and delegated duties.
  • Evaluate aircraft documentation and key factors (load, fuel, weather, routing, schedule) and adjust plans as needed for safe operations.
  • Conduct comprehensive preflight inspections, including weight and balance, systems status, and fluid/pressure levels.
  • Start engines, taxi, and perform pre-takeoff checks to verify component and control readiness.
  • Obtain ATC clearances; execute takeoff, climb, cruise, descent, and landing in accordance with the flight plan and all regulations.
  • Log flight times, altitudes, fuel consumption, and other required data with accuracy.
  • Adhere to FAA, company, and airport procedures at all times to maintain the highest safety standards.
  • Perform related aircraft maintenance or repair tasks as required.
  • Assist with other related duties to support a seamless flight department operation.

🧰 What You Bring

  • License: Commercial Pilot License (CPL).
  • Experience: 5+ years flying both jet and non-jet aircraft (one year = ~900 flight hours, per guideline).
  • Medical: Current Second-Class Medical Certificate (minimum).
  • Soft Skills: Effective with diverse personalities; tactful, mature, flexible; resourceful and well organized.
