🧭 What You'll Do

  • Conduct flight operations with an unwavering commitment to safety, compliance, and professionalism under applicable aviation regulations and company policies.
  • Plan and execute flights end-to-end, including weather analysis, performance calculations, routing, fuel planning, and alternates.
  • Deliver a premium passenger experience with discretion, clear communication, and proactive service.
  • Practice effective Crew Resource Management (CRM), threat and error management, and decision-making in dynamic environments.
  • Maintain currency, training, and proficiency standards; participate in recurrent training and simulator events as required.
  • Coordinate with scheduling, maintenance, and ground services to ensure on-time, seamless operations.
  • Complete accurate post-flight documentation and contribute to continuous improvement and safety reporting.

🧰 What You'll Bring

  • Professional pilot credentials and medical certification appropriate to the region(s) of operation.
  • Substantial experience in multi-crew, turbine aircraft with strong IFR proficiency.
  • Demonstrated excellence in CRM, SMS awareness, and risk-based decision-making.
  • Impeccable situational awareness, communication skills, and passenger service ethos.
  • Flexibility to support variable schedules and international operations when required.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and a collaborative, team-first approach.
