Corporate Pilot – Multi‑Type Fleet (Challenger/Gulfstream/King Air)

✈️ About the Role

Join Cook Group’s corporate flight department and operate a diverse fleet to safely transport personnel, equipment, and supplies. You’ll fly day, night, and in instrument conditions under FAA, ICAO, and company regulations, delivering a polished, customer-focused travel experience while upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Fleet: Challenger 604, Gulfstream G100, King Air 350i (multi-type qualification required)

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Deliver a safe, efficient flight from planning through shutdown in accordance with FAA, ICAO, and company policies.
• Provide exceptional passenger care: cabin briefings, safety and emergency procedures, comfort needs, and baggage assistance; coordinate surface transportation as needed.
• Analyze weather and operational factors to determine trip feasibility; select routes and altitudes; review airport and airway data; prepare and file FAA flight plans.
• Supervise loading of passengers, baggage, and freight; verify aircraft performance, weight, and balance within certifiable limits.
• Conduct thorough preflight inspections; confirm fuel, oil, anti-ice, emergency equipment, and overall airworthiness to dispatch standards.
• Coordinate closely with operations and scheduling teams; communicate itineraries, departure/arrival times, and weather updates to passengers; resolve passenger requirements proactively.
• While away from base, oversee aircraft servicing, storage, and protection; issue purchase orders; sign for contracted services; perform post-flight inspections; report discrepancies and operational data to maintenance.
• Complete all required records and reports: FAA logs, aircraft and flight reports; maintain personal flight records.
• Stay current on regulations, ATC procedures, communications techniques, aircraft systems and operating manuals, and relevant aviation developments.
• Adhere to company S.O.P.s, safeguard confidentiality of passengers and business matters, and support aviation-related non-flying duties as assigned.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

• Minimum flight time: 3,000 total hours; 1,000 hours turbine PIC; 500 hours jet; 200 hours within the last 12 months.
• Experience operating aircraft with MTOW > 12,500 lbs.
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with multi-engine rating (unrestricted or restricted).
• Current FAA First-Class Medical.
• Valid U.S. Passport and FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
• Clean safety record: no prior aviation incidents, accidents, or violations.
• Associate degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Preferred: Prior corporate/charter experience; time in Challenger 604, Gulfstream G100, and/or King Air 350i.
• Ability and willingness to qualify and operate across three aircraft types.
• Professionalism, customer focus, discretion, and strong crew resource management.

Operations include day, night, and instrument conditions with travel as mission needs dictate.
