Davinci Jets is seeking an energetic, self-starting Pilot in Command to lead safe, efficient corporate flight operations under FAA Part 91 and Part 135. ✈️ The Opportunity
As Pilot in Command, you’ll set the standard for professionalism and safety while delivering a seamless, premium experience to our clients. You’ll lead every phase of flight—from planning to post‑flight—ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and unwavering adherence to our Safety Management System and Just Culture principles.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Exercise full PIC authority and decision‑making for Part 91/135 flights, prioritizing safety at every step.
- Plan and execute missions, including performance calculations, fuel planning, weight & balance, weather/NOTAM review, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with crew, dispatch, and maintenance to ensure aircraft readiness and schedule reliability.
- Deliver outstanding client service while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Complete flight logs, reports, and documentation accurately and on time.
- Contribute to our SMS, participate in safety reporting, and champion Just Culture behaviors.
- Adapt to dynamic schedules and non‑routine missions, including extended duty days as needed.
🧰 What You Bring
- FAA ATP or Commercial pilot certificate; valid FAA license required.
- Minimum 2 years of corporate aviation experience.
- Demonstrated Part 91 and Part 135 operational experience.
- Strong leadership with a collaborative, team‑first mindset.
- Proven ability to manage complex and non‑routine tasks with sound judgment.
- Commitment to SMS and Just Culture principles.
- Willingness to work long hours in a fast‑paced environment and adjust to changing schedules.
- Residency within 1 hour of the aircraft base (or willingness to relocate).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
