Corporate Jet Captain (Pilot-in-Command) – Chattanooga, TN

✈️ About the Role

As the Captain, you will be directly responsible for the operation of the aircraft and the safety of all on board. You will serve corporate personnel, customers, and guests with a polished, professional approach while upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance, and service.

🧭 Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot-in-Command, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely flight operations.
• Act as Trip Captain when assigned and lead the crew for designated missions.
• Ensure full compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, and IS-BAO standards.
• Conduct thorough preflight planning, including performance calculations, weather briefings, fuel planning, and risk assessments.
• Oversee and complete all FAA-required trip records and documentation accurately.
• Deliver an exceptional passenger experience with a focus on safety, discretion, and comfort.
• Participate actively in the company’s Safety Management System (SMS).
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Vice President, Aviation.
• Perform other departmental responsibilities when not flying.

🧰 Qualifications

• Unrestricted ATP with Multi-Engine Rating.
• Multi-engine turbine experience required.
• EMB-550 type rating preferred (not required).
• Current First-Class FAA Medical Certificate.
• Valid passport and radiotelephony license.
• Proven commitment to safety, compliance, and customer service.
