Constellation Brands is seeking an experienced Gulfstream Captain to serve as Pilot in Command for domestic and international Part 91 corporate operations based in Rochester, New York. You will support an IS-BAO Stage 3 flight department operating Gulfstream G280 and G600 aircraft, upholding uncompromising standards of safety, operational excellence, leadership, and executive-level passenger service.
✈️ What You’ll Do
- Serve as Pilot in Command on assigned domestic and international Part 91 missions.
- Maintain responsibility for the safety of passengers, crew, and aircraft; exercise sound judgment and threat-and-error management.
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, international requirements, and company SOPs.
- Lead, mentor, and support flight crew members; model best-in-class CRM.
- Conduct comprehensive preflight planning, performance calculations, and operational decision-making.
- Participate in SMS reporting, risk management, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Represent Constellation Brands with professionalism, discretion, and executive-level service.
- Meet physical demands of the role, including sitting/standing for extended periods and lifting up to 55 lbs.
🧭 What You Bring
- Certificates & Medical: FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (Multi-Engine)—ATP (Unrestricted or Restricted)—and a current FAA First Class Medical.
- Flight Experience: Minimum 3,000 hours total time and 2,000 hours jet time; at least one jet type rating.
- Operational Readiness: Ability to support domestic and international operations while away from home for extended periods.
- Credentials: Valid U.S. passport and driver’s license; successful completion of background investigation and pre-employment drug screening.
- Home Base: Residence within one hour of Greater Rochester International Airport (KROC).
🌟 Preferred
- Gulfstream G280 and/or G600 type ratings.
- International flight experience.
- Experience in IS-BAO and/or Safety Management System environments.
- Prior flight instruction experience or a CFI certificate.
- Recent approved simulator training in the jet aircraft in which you are type rated.
- Leadership, professionalism, polished communication, teamwork, organization, computer proficiency, adaptability, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

- Operate Gulfstream G280 and G600 aircraft within an IS-BAO Stage 3 program.
- Apply company SOPs, SMS, and risk-management tools to drive safe, efficient operations.
💳 Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $196,500 – $359,800 annually.
- Benefits: Comprehensive package including paid time off; medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k); and other benefits available to eligible employees.
Compensation and benefits are commensurate with experience, qualifications, and operational requirements.
