Join Pratt & Whitney Canada’s corporate flight department as a Corporate Captain and take the left seat on diverse missions across variable schedules and destinations. You’ll lead safe, compliant operations under CAR 604, occasionally serve as SIC, and represent a world-class aerospace organization with professionalism and poise. This is a hands-on, exclusively on-site role in a French-speaking environment, requiring strong English proficiency for daily technical documentation and international communication.

🧰 What you’ll do
- Act as Pilot‑in‑Command on company aircraft in accordance with CAR 604 standards, delivering safe, efficient operations.
- Serve as Second‑in‑Command when required to support mission needs and crew resource management.
- Plan and execute flights, demonstrating sound judgment, decisive decision‑making, and exemplary airmanship.
- Uphold and contribute to the company’s Safety Management System (SMS) and robust safety culture.
- Provide courteous, professional service to executives, staff, and guests throughout the travel experience.
- Complete light administrative tasks associated with flight operations, documentation, and compliance.
- Maintain required aircraft type ratings and company qualifications; ensure training and currency are always up to date.
🌟 What you bring
- Licensing & medical: Valid Canadian ATPL (ATPL_ICAO) and Class 1 Medical.
- Experience: Minimum 3,500 hours total time with at least 500 hours PIC on large multi‑engine aircraft.
- Eligibility: Canadian Citizen with a valid Canadian passport; ability to obtain a Transportation Security Clearance and CANPASS; able to meet TSA requirements for training in the USA.
- Operational excellence: Proven CRM skills, clear communication, and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Decision‑making: Demonstrated planning, prioritization, and command capability under changing conditions.
- Flexibility: Comfortable with variable schedules, shifting priorities, and on‑call responsibilities.
- Safety focus: Knowledgeable and experienced operating within an established SMS environment.
- Languages: Comfortable working in a French‑speaking environment; very good English to read, write, and communicate technical content with international stakeholders.
