✈️ The Opportunity
Join STA Jets as a contract Captain on the Challenger CL-604, operating throughout the U.S. This role is ideal for typed, immediately current aviators with robust multi-engine turbine and PIC time who can step seamlessly into safe, efficient corporate missions.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Serve as Pilot in Command on the CL-604, ensuring safe, compliant, and professional operations.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and weight and balance.
- Adhere to all FAA regulations, company SOPs, and industry best practices.
- Exercise exemplary crew resource management and coordinate closely with dispatch and maintenance.
- Deliver a polished cabin experience, safeguarding client privacy and comfort.
- Maintain meticulous flight records and currency documentation.
🧰 Required Qualifications
- Typed on CL-604 aircraft.
- 12-month currency on type; immediate currency strongly preferred.
- Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (Multi-Engine Land).
- Current FAA First Class Medical.
- 1500–3500 hours total pilot time.
- 1500 hours fixed-wing multi-engine PIC.
- 2500 hours multi-engine total.
- 100 hours PIC in type (CL-604).
- 2000 hours turbine engine time.
SIC eligibility: SIC applicants must have the CL-604 SIC type on their certificate and be 12-month current.
