✈️ The mission
As a Commercial Pilot, you will operate complex aircraft in a multi-crew environment, uphold the highest standards of safety and compliance, and provide calm, decisive leadership from pushback to parking. You will partner closely with flight operations, cabin crew, and ground teams to ensure on-time performance and an exceptional journey for every customer.
🧭 What you will do
- Plan and conduct flights under IFR and/or VFR in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Complete thorough preflight preparation, including weather analysis, NOTAM review, performance and weight-and-balance calculations, and fuel planning.
- Operate modern flight decks and avionics (FMS, autopilot, navigation systems) with precision and situational awareness.
- Apply robust CRM to coordinate with flight and cabin crew; communicate clearly with ATC and ground operations.
- Manage normal and non-normal procedures, exercise sound judgment, and make timely decisions to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor aircraft technical status, including MEL/CDL items, and record accurate post-flight reports.
- Contribute to continuous safety improvement through SMS reporting, debriefs, and training participation.
- Represent the operator professionally with customers, regulators, and partners.
🧰 What you will bring
- Valid ATPL or CPL with Instrument Rating (IR) from a recognized authority (e.g., EASA, FAA, or ICAO-compliant).
- Class 1 medical and English Language Proficiency (ICAO Level 4+).
- Multi-crew and multi-engine experience; recent turbine or type-rated experience is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of performance, meteorology, human factors, TEM, and modern SMS practices.
- Calm, decisive leadership with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work variable rosters, nights, weekends, and holidays as operations require.
- Ability to obtain required visas and clear background checks.
