Client Aviation Manager & Captain — Pilatus PC-24 (Miami, FL)

🧭 About the role

As CAM, you’ll be both the Captain and the operational leader for a high-standard, client-focused PC-24 program. You will supervise assigned crew and maintenance personnel, coordinate scheduling and training, manage vendor relationships, and serve as the primary liaison with the Client Responsible Officer. Your leadership will shape the department’s safety culture, professionalism, and service delivery.

🧰 Key responsibilities

• Supervise assigned flight and maintenance personnel to ensure full compliance with Solairus, FAA, and all applicable regulatory manuals and procedures.
• Uphold impeccable standards of personal appearance, dress, and conduct for all assigned personnel.
• Maintain current knowledge of company communications, including all Solairus memorandums and policy updates.
• Coordinate, schedule, and review required training for crew and maintenance personnel with approved training providers.
• Plan and execute maintenance, test, training, and other non-standard flights outside of normal client scheduling.
• Develop reliable, efficient aircraft scheduling procedures in partnership with the client and stakeholders.
• Act as the primary liaison with the Client Responsible Officer, ensuring transparent communication and exceptional service.
• Lead budget development and ongoing management for the flight department.
• Fly as Captain on the Pilatus PC-24 while modeling best practices and SMS-driven decision-making.

🌟 What you’ll bring

• Total time: 3,000 hours; PIC: 1,500 hours
• MEL: 1,500 hours; MEL PIC: 500 hours
• Turbojet time: 500 hours; Instrument time: 250 hours
• Current type rating on the Pilatus PC-24
• First Class Medical and ATPL (required)
• Proven management background with exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Experience developing and managing budgets
• Demonstrated success training flight operations personnel across multiple disciplines
• College degree and/or advanced non-flight training preferred
• NBAA CAM certification or other leadership training preferred
• History of advancing industry best practices and continuous improvement in flight operations
• Ability to work on an on-call basis and complete annual ICAO International Procedures training
• Reside within, or be willing to relocate within, two hours of KMIA

Based at Miami International Airport, this role supports a private client in South Florida with domestic and international operations. You’ll balance hands-on flying with day-to-day leadership, ensuring safe, reliable, and client-centric service.
