Leviate Jet Management is seeking an experienced CE-560 XLS Pilot in Command to be based in Dallas, Texas. If you deliver exceptional customer service, thrive in a safety-first culture, and want a predictable schedule, this role offers an outstanding work-life balance with a 14 On / 7 Off hard day off rotation—plus a cash bonus and per diems.

  • Location: Dallas, Texas (KDAL – Dallas Love Field)
  • Roster: 14 On / 7 Off (hard days off)
  • License: ATPL / ATP
  • Type Rating: CE-560 XLS (required)

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Serve as Pilot in Command of the CE-560 XLS, ensuring the highest standards of safety and professionalism on every leg.
  • Deliver an elevated, client-forward experience—anticipating needs and communicating with confidence and poise.
  • Lead flight preparation and execution, including performance planning, weather/NOTAM review, fuel strategy, weight and balance, and route optimization.
  • Comply with all company policies and FAA regulations; exercise sound judgment and risk management throughout each mission.
  • Coordinate closely with crew, dispatch, and maintenance to keep operations seamless and on schedule.
  • Maintain required currency, training, and aircraft knowledge to uphold operational excellence.

  • ATP Certificate (ATPL / ATP).
  • CE-560 XLS Type Rating (current and qualified).
  • 2,500+ hours Total Time.
  • 500+ hours Multi-Engine.
  • 300+ hours Turbine.
  • 100+ hours Time-in-Type (CE-560 XLS).
  • Proven commitment to excellent customer service and professional presentation.
  • Residence: Must live within 2 hours of KDAL – Dallas Love Field.
