🧭 The Mission
Based in Waukesha, WI (KUES), you will assist the Captain in the safe, efficient, and professional operation of the Cessna Citation X (CE‑750). This is a right‑seat role with an expected upgrade and salary increase to PIC.
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Assist the Captain across all phases of flight to ensure safety, compliance, and passenger comfort.
- Execute right‑seat SIC duties, checklist discipline, and cockpit resource management.
- Support flight planning, performance calculations, weather and NOTAM review, and post‑flight tasks.
- Uphold professional standards and contribute to a positive, safety‑first team culture.
🧠 Minimum Qualifications
- Total Flight Time: 2,000–2,500 hours.
- Multi‑Engine: Required.
- Jet Experience: Strongly preferred.
- Availability: Able to begin a training class on July 13.
- Base Proximity: Reside (or be willing to relocate) within 60 minutes of KUES (Waukesha, WI).
