Join a safety-focused team operating one of the fastest business jets in the world. As Pilot in Command, you’ll lead every flight with precision, professionalism, and a strong safety mindset—while enjoying the flexibility of a home-based assignment.

✈️ What you’ll do

  • Exercise final authority and responsibility for safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the aircraft.
  • Complete flight planning, performance calculations, and weight-and-balance for each assignment.
  • Lead Threats, Plans and Considerations (TPC) briefings to identify and mitigate operational risks.
  • Adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at all times.
  • Maintain required training, currency, and recency of experience.
  • Participate in and comply with the company Safety Management System (SMS).
  • Represent EJM with exceptional professionalism and customer service.

🧭 Minimum qualifications

  • Part 135 experience: Prior experience in Part 135 operations.
  • Type rating: FAA CE-750 (Citation X/X+) type rating required.
  • Total time: 3,500 hours minimum.
  • Multi-Engine Land (MEL): 1,500 hours minimum.
  • Pilot in Command (PIC): 2,000 hours minimum.
  • PIC MEL: 500 hours minimum.
  • Instrument: 300 hours minimum.
  • Jet time: 500 hours minimum.
  • Licensing: Other applicable FAA credentials as required to perform the essential functions of the role.
  • Home base: Must reside within a 90‑minute drive of a major airport with commercial airline service.
