• Own safety as the top priority, collaborating closely with the Safety Manager to ensure standards are never compromised.
• Deliver a polished, professional customer experience: greet passengers, build rapport with aircraft owners, and anticipate preferences.
• Verify aircraft readiness before every trip, including cleanliness and cabin presentation.
• Communicate proactively and clearly in person, by phone, and via email with customers and flight operations.
• Advise Flight Ops of passenger preferences and mission nuances to elevate the experience.
• Maintain sharp knowledge of all applicable regulations and operating rules; stay current through ongoing education and practice.
• Operate the aircraft to the highest standards of safety and compliance while managing costs—negotiate fuel rates with FBOs and minimize waste.

💼 Pay & schedule

• Structure: Not salary-based; minimum monthly guarantee with fly-more-make-more.
• Range: $144,000.00 – $260,000.00 per year (experience and utilization dependent).
• Typical Duty: Pilots average approximately 15 days per month.
