🧭 Your mission
As PIC on the Citation Mustang, you’ll take full command of each flight—from meticulous preflight planning to confident decision-making in dynamic conditions—while ensuring an exceptional passenger experience.
- Deliver safe, smooth operations in accordance with applicable flight regulations and company SOPs.
- Own the full flight lifecycle: performance calculations, fuel planning, weather and NOTAM review, and risk assessment.
- Lead effective CRM, mentor crew, and maintain crisp cockpit discipline.
- Provide calm, proactive leadership under pressure and changing operational demands.
- Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring discretion, comfort, and timely communication.
- Operate flexibly across Europe, including irregular hours, weekends, and short-notice trips.

- Fluency in English (mandatory); knowledge of Dutch and/or French is an advantage.

- Valid passport to work and travel in Europe.
🌟 Minimum requirements
- PIC on Type: Minimum 1,000 hours as PIC on the C510 or comparable light jet types.
- Licences: EASA ATPL with MCC.
- Medical: Class 1.
- Type Rating: Current and valid Citation Mustang (C510).
- Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
Only candidates meeting the minimum PIC and licensing requirements can be considered.
